Cancellation Policy 

Once an appointment has been scheduled, the patient is responsible to pay for the session unless they cancel the session 24 hours in advance.

"OUT OF NETWORK" INSURANCE BENEFITS:

Dr. Levy provides patients with documentation so they can receive “out of network” benefit from their insurance. Often, out of network benefits cover the majority of the psychotherapy fee.

STEPS TO FINDING OUT YOUR “OUT OF NETWORK BENEFITS”:

• Contact your insurance and inquire about

  • Out of network mental health benefits

  • The cost of the annual deductible before insurance begins to cover the fee

  • The maximum amount of the fee covered by insurance
