Approach

Dr. Levy's approach to psychotherapy emphasizes the exploration of one's life history, emotional complexity, and relational experiences. He also utilizes CBT techniques when most applicable to facilitate behavioral change for short-term relief. He is committed to honoring the individuality and uniqueness of his clients, tailoring the therapy process to achieve their specific goals.

Dr. Levy's clinical work is supported by a robust body of research and a well-established track record of providing relief to his clients. Psychotherapy is rarely experienced as easy; rather, good psychotherapy is challenging, at times frightening, and ultimately redeeming. Dr. Levy's clients trust him to be warm, honest, and insightful through the process of self-exploration and change.
